My MOOC Life...

Juggling online learning with learning in school has not always been easy, and there often are trade-offs to make due to increased commitment to learning on both ends. However, due to MOOC, and in particular, Coursera, i have truly enriched my life and learn a lot from the various modules that i have taken (which may or may not have completed).

Personal reflection:

As much as I have attempted several courses, but i haven't always been able to complete them. To state the list of courses, is probably only me validating my claims.

But truth be told, what mattered to me more was the amount of things i learn, the interactions i had on forum with my classmates, the assignments, and definitely the inspiration and introspection that i had from going through the classes.

No doubt the certificate of Accomplishments are an added incentive to completing the course requirements, but there are times whereby i had to delay lectures yet submit assignments so as to not miss deadlines online as well as back at school. Then i had to find time to catch up on the lectures.

I will say, as much as i am a results-oriented person, there are still times where the process matters to me and i try to strike the best deal out of things.
